Twine (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website twine.nanocorp.app and the Twine AI relationship coaching service. We are committed to protecting your personal data and your right to privacy.

• Couple & session data: messages, exercises, and progress data you and your partner share within the app.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and device information.

• Provide and improve the Twine coaching service.
• Personalize your experience and coaching recommendations.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, session summaries).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversation content to train AI models.

We only share your data with trusted third-party processors necessary to operate the service:

• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• OpenAI — AI model inference (conversation content is processed but not retained for training).

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and restricted database access. Your couple's conversation data is stored encrypted at rest.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data and conversation history will be permanently removed within 30 days.
